Adult Jazz Ensemble/Class

This ensemble is for adults who have always wanted to play in a band!  Jazz musician Doug Berner will guide this group through jazz and popular hits. Study swing and improvisation in an ensemble setting. Each player will have soloing opportunities over chord changes, be given charts and lead sheets as well as have the chance to perform all rehearsed selections.

Open to drums, guitar, bass, piano, saxophones, trumpets, trombones and vocals with players proving proficiency on their instrument. Each participant must have his/her own instrument.  Music included. Registration required. Subs must be provided if unable to attend a rehearsal.
